i have water coming out around the spark plugs.what is the problem and how to fix. i belive all of the plugs. thanks

The problem is corrosion behind the plate, If you are lucky you can remove the plate (watch out for broken bolts)and fit a new gasket. Chances are that there will be bad corrosion behind the plate that will have to be welded. $$$
