My '99 Mercury 115 stalls when I throttle out of neutral into gear. This happens in forward and in reverse. It stalls just before it goes into gear, and happens when the engine is cold as well as when it has been running. Once in gear it runs great. I have had it to 2 mechanics, multiple times, neither has been able to fix it. This has been happening almost since I got it. I am frustrated and looking for some advice. Can anyone help?
