Default Mariner Spark Plug Gap

Changing the plugs in my 1980 60EL 60hp Mariner. The Seloc manual says gap to be set at .025. The NGK plugs I pulled out were set at .040. I also have a Mariner manual but it does not give the gap. So, which is right 25 or 40

Default Re: Mariner Spark Plug Gap

If you're puttin' NGK plugs back in and the .040 worked for the old ones, I'd gap the new ones at .040.c/6Hooty
