parts for 1968 Merc 39 with 3.9hp motor

Is there anywhere near Niagara Falls or Buffalo, N.Y. where I can get parts for my 1968 3.9hp outboard motor? I need breaker points to replace repco#6450 and a condensor to replace RE Phelon FG6453. I also need a carb repair kit with needle and seat. What about Port Huron Michigan would there be a dealer around there? Thanks
