The shift lever on the control box to my Merc 800 engine broke. The part number is 29572. Are these still being made? Can I find any used? About how much do they cost?

I also have a 1981 mercury and was looking for some parts and I was quoted a used control box at genesmarine for $100. There e-mail is genesmarine1947@sbcglobal.net. Be careful though the one quoted to me had a 7 wire cable and mine is only 5 wires.
