If the engine is a V6, most likely problem is pilot check valve inside pump body. You have to take the pump apart to get to these two valves. Inside the pump is a toggle/ seesaw/ rocker arm, that opens and closes these valves, when you remove the toggle count the number of turns to remove nut, reinstall same numbers of turns. All o-rings reinstall from same groove as removed they are all not the same.
