Can someone tell me what the WOT RPMs of an I/O should be? I bought the boat (1971 Mercruiser 165)but it doesn't have a manual. I'm currently only running 3,000 RPM and think that I am overpropped, but don't really feel like blowing the engine by going to a smaller prop.
