prop for Bayliner w/Volvo Penta drive

Can anyone tell me the best prop selection for a 21 ft Bayliner Capri With a 120 hp 2.3L sohc VolvoPenta drive. Looking to get all around performance. It's proped wrong now I'm quite sure since I'm only getting 4500-4600 rpm and 30 mph. Thanks.<br /><br />Sean

What prop do you currently have on the boat?<br /><br />What are the manufacturers recommended rpm for that engine?

to me that sounds about right. a 21 footer with only a 2.3 will produce those kind of numbers. even if you change props you will not see much of a difference in speed at all. what it comes down to is a lack of power in such a big boat. you wont see more than 30-32 mph on its best day.
