I have a 1990 mercury 25 hp.tiller ob. the serial # is 0D003063 and you have to consantly hold the tiller or the motor will just turn, there is a part on the leg that taper fits against the transit with an ajustment for pressure but it is shot, what is it called and does someone have a mercury #. for it. Dont have number but it is called a trimtab. It also serves as a sacrifical annode so it errode away over time.
