Need Prop to match 25 ft Voyager Pontoon boat

I recently aquired a 1999 Voyager Pontoon Boat, and 1999 125 mercury outboard.(80 hrs) The prop that came on the unit was damaged and was replaced with a Aluminum prop, sized 13.25 X 17p. I only reach approx 4200 rpms at WOT. The linkage has been checked, and new plugs,etc installed. I need to re-prop I believe?? which direction and which prop would be my best choice? Is a 13.25 X 15 or a 13.75 X 15 going in the right direction?? The engine manual claims the sweet spot for rpms on the engine is 4750 to 5200. I would like to have 5,000 rpms. Currently the engine seems to labor. This is fresh water only and approx 600 alt. Thanks in advance for any help or web sites to point me to!!

You've got the right idea. You can figure that each inch in pitch is worth about 200 rpm's.

I think you want to go higher than 5000, say around 5500. Outbaoards do not hold up well when lugged.

I would suggest a 13.25" X 11". A stainless prop will have a better bite.

I am looking for a used Ski Tow bar for a Voyager Express Cruise Pontoon. To buy new from the factory is rediculously expensive. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
