'90 mariner 60 HP 3 cylinder

My engine has always been a hard starter. Never quite sure to give lots of choke or lean it out. Anyway it wouldn't start. getting gas, but noticed only top 2 cylinders getting spark. I changed plug, no spark, changed wire no spark. Can the power pack not work to only one cylinder? And shouldn't it start on only 2 cylinders? HELP!!!!

I'm not sure about the pack but what about the coil?

I am much more familiar w/ cars. I take it the power pack does not replace coil, I thought it did. So does the coil supply the power pack? Are there wires going from coil to power pack that I should check?

Is there anyone else that can help on my problem? If it is a simple fix, I don't want to take to a shop and wait 4 weeks for repairs.
