Mariner 60 HP carb adjustment

I have a Mariner 60 HP that has the marking # 675-L305318. It appears to be a early 80's model motor that was made in Japan. It is a 2 cylinder with 2 Kehien carbs. It appears to run good but I detect a hint of an rough idle. I had the carbs cleaned about 2 months ago. Does anyone know the proper procedure to adjust settings for these carbs or maybe could someone scan the procedure from a manual and email it to me.

I adjusted carb today while at the lake. I turned it in all the way and backed it out abot 2 1/2 rounds. Seems to run fine but I would still like to see the proper procedure
