My 1997 150hp Mariner starts and runs fine when I first put it in the water but after it warms up and I turn it off for 10min or so it is hard to start. Once I get it started it will cut off when I try to throtle up. If I raise the "warm-up" lever for a minute or so prior to taking off it will go most of the time. Does this sound like a carb. or fuel pump problem?
