if i don't run my merc 150 for 3 - 4 weeks
the carbs and floats are stuck, even using
a stabilizer in my gas.
What is the best gas octine to use and the
best way to keep my engine and carbs running.

texasfish

if you are having a problem with your floats sticking you have carb problems. It is time to tear the carbs apart and rebuild the the needle and seat are bad or going bad.

good luck!
Nick

Hey Texasfish,
Like Nickster said, rebuild the carbs.....then use fresh 87 octane (alcohol free) gas.
Backlash
