I have 1 1987 mercury stern drive with a sealed cooling system, It is a 165 Alpha I .I have been looseing coolant in the system. I noticed last night that it is running out of the lower unit and coming out of the water intake. Do I have a bad hose, or a bad seal?

The water you see have coolant in it?? Its normal for just water to come from their. If you have coolant its time to pressure check your heat exchanger.
