CYLINDERS QUIT WORKING

1975 V4 85HP Started great on first try this season with new plugs.After 5 minutes on idle cylinders 2 and 4 quit working.Resistance across sensors in timer base is 8.5 ohms.Appears there is no spark on cylinders 2 and 4.<br />Any ideas?

On a V4, when side by side cylinders quit making power it is almost a sure thing that the cause is in the carb that feeds those two cylinders.<br /><br />Test for spark, but see what happens if you squirt/spray some premix into the lower carb. If they fire up temporarily rebuild/clean that carb.
