Hello everyone, need a little advice if possible.I have no spark at any of my three plugs. An ohm meter test showed a bad sensor coil (timer base)replaced it for $320.00. Still no spark...ouch right in the wallet.Power pack problem? Need special meter for this test? Combination of things to blow sensor coil and something else perhaps. Any help would be great thanx!!

I have to ask this of everyone who doesn't have spark. Does your control box have a safety lanyard and is it hooked up.<br />Try unplugging the large cannon plug at the motor and then jumping the starter at the solenoid. If you get spark that way then your problem is in the wiring in the boat, like safety switch, keyswitch........

Thanx for responding Walker!! I should have mentioned in my post that I did that test first and then found the bad sensor coil. Since replaceing the coil I have not done that test again.Might be a good idea to do it again since I obviously have a few issues...any other help would be awesome!!
