year of johnson seahorse????

I have looked and looked and cant find a reference page for my motor. It is a Johnson seahorse, CD-16 874840 ....And could you please tell me where you found the info. Please dont tell me Johnson.com and go to docktalk, because it isn't there, I have tried it many times, but that is where everyone tells me to look but I cannot find docktalk at the Johnson webpage

1959 5.5 hp kencook.com brp-evinrude. super reliable engines, hard to kill.

1959 5.5 hp, Here in the 1959 catalog .......... which you can access from the FAQ's. If you havent looked around at that site, do so. It is pretty neat<br /> <br />

Docktalk disappeared many years ago from the Johnson website.
