I've got an Evinrude 9.9. It has fresh fuel, new sparkplugs, it has spark, and is getting fuel, but it still won't start. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
What year is the motor? If you don't know what year the motor is, post the model number and serial # and someone will tell you.<br /><br />Have you checked the compression in each cylinder?
