I have a merc electric trolling motor about 10 years old. It works fine at full throttle but upon examination it appears to have no connection to the reostat. Where can I get a reostat and wiring diagram for this?
I'll try. First, there are 3 models with potentiometer speed control, called "TM","RC" and "DM". Luckily, they are all wired the same, with the same color code.Black, on one outer leg, to ground.Blue, Center leg to motor.White, The other outer leg, to on/off switch.
