Release the manual release valve by two turns, two turns only. Raise the motor manually and lock it in the full tilt up posiiton. Tighten the manual release valve.<br /><br />Fill the reservoir to overflowing, then retighten the reservoir fill screw/seal.<br /><br />If this cures the problem, you have a leak somewhere. Let us know what you find.
