Part for Mercury 9.9

Guys need some help finding a part for my 94 9.9 Mercury. I am searching for a good used steering tube or sometimes called transom pivot tube. Mine has the following measurements. 5/8" inner dia, 7/8" outer dia, and approx. 8 1/2" long. Any help here would be much appericated.

Do you think a a pivot tube off of a larger motor would be interchangeable??? Just looking at alternatives........

Yes they will except for the lack of threads.

Any news on this guys? I am searching for the same part for a Merc. 9.9. Just to make sure this is the arm with the throttle/kill switch on it right? May I ask if you found it and what price you found it for? Thanks,
