Full charged battery- engine cranks with ease.
I just have the the 2 main cables( + and -) attached to the battery.
But seems as if trim tilt is struggling a bit to raise and lower.
Could it be the harness on the throttle box. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Sal

Look at connections for corrosion. Bad grounds cause many many problems.

Sal, is it struggling with just the battery across the green and blue wire from the motor or is it just struggling from the switch at the control box. Not sure what your saying.

The trim cylinder is usually slower than the tilt cylinders.

Have you checked the reservoir level?
