I have a 1986 175 evendrude with hyd steering does the moter have to be running for it to work? With moter down ( not running) the wheel will turn to the right ( hard) and back to the left with no pressure The moter dosnt move.Thanks I am new to this site and have found it very helpfull.Also does anybody know of Egle boat co.
