I have a 1973 65HP motor that I have rebuilt the carbs, replaced the spark plugs, and replaced the water pump in. The motor starts right up and seems to run good both at home and at the lake. The problem occurs when I return to the boat ramp (I have been lucky that it has occured at the ramp). At a low speed the engine will cut out and then not restart. I have checked the motor temp and it seems to be in a normal range. Any suggestions on troubleshooting this problem? Thanks.
