I think the blocks will swap out, but I'm not sure the 28's intake will breathe properly on the big-bore blocks. Might result in a poorly running motor. Or, it might not. There's a chance it might work fine. If you have the 33 or 40 powerhead, swap it out, try it and see what happens. Worse comes to worst, you have to find an intake and carb that'll match up with the big bore powerhead. and then you'll have an honest-to-goodness "sleeper"...<br /><br />- Scott
