The non powered hydraulic(or is it gas?) assist trim on my ob will lock in the up or down posistion, reguardless of the controll lever posistion. Two techs' have worked on this including the installation of a new cable. The manual that came with the engine is worthless on this issue and barely discribes the function of the control lever. It is locked in the down position right now (not trailerable) and in the water. So I'm going to have to beef up the trailer platform just to get it out of the water and to the techs'. Question. Can I disable the system to get it home (trailer it)and how is it done. Thanx
