I have a 1983 175 hp johnson seahorse - the power trim/tilt keeps getting stuck in the up position. Where is the fill port for the PTT fluid?

I'm guessing that it's the TNT unit that's mounted between the transom brackets. Best guess is it's on the starboard side, the reservoir is on that side and it's the big flathead screw in the side. Is it physically not coming down, like something's binding up, or is it hydraulic?

Where in 'bama do you hail from?

I'm from the Gulf Coast of Alabama, near Gulf Shores. I found the screw on the reservoir, which was located on the right side, and filled it with TNT fluid - it seems to work fine now - Thanks!! It is a little load though - I guess this is normal?
