Year of older Johnson 25hp

I am looking for any info on a Johnson SeaHorse outboard. It is a 25hp with the following #'s. Model # 25EL73A<br />Serial # E3798499<br />The year and proper fuel mixture would realy help.

1973 is the year. 50:1 is the fuel mix.
