Name this engine, old johnson i think...

certainly looks like a chrysler leg. The flywheel doesn't look like anything johnston or evinrude ever used.

Well it sure ain't a Johnson. The recoil starter looks like one from the McCollouch Scott motors.

It's a Chrysler - or one of the private label ones sold through Sears or Monkey Wards (Sea King). Probably the 6hp judging by the shape of the cylinder head... c. 1970s...<br /><br />- Scott
