Need info on carb for 1947 Evinrude

Help, I took my 2 HP carb apart to clean it and now I don't know how to re-align the Carburator Primer Cam and the Carburator adjusting lever which attach to the carb adjusting needle. I know I should have marked them before loosening them. Is there a basic set up I can follow to get it close enough to allow starting. Thanks, Roscoef. PS I have a parts list but no repair manual

Thanks JB, I'll have to bite the bullet and get one. I was hoping to get 'er going through tinkering. I've bought this motor back from a frozen state to where It'll sputter...so close. Thanks again. Roscoe
