I recently bought a boat with a 1981 235 HP V6 Johnson Outboat Motor. The engine seams to run great except for pulling skiers out of the water. At initial throtle up the engine seams to hesitate causing it to be difficult to pull skiers out of the water. Any ideas of what the problem might be and how I can trouble shoot and/or solve the problem?
