I don't use my boat much, but start and run it regularly. Just had the carbs redone, heads redone and used it once. I ran it last week; it started fast. This week it won't start. I took out the plugs; all were wet. Dried them, let the engine set open, reinstalled plugs and tried again. It gets spark but will not hit. What could be the problem?
