I searched this forum, but I was unable to find the Max. recommended WOT RPM for this motor.<br />Thanks

It should be 4000-5000 RPM, with 40hp at 4500.<br /><br />Check the name plate between the transom clamps, it should say right on it.

Checked the plate, nothing but the model, patent and serial numbers on it. I'll shoot for 4500.
