Thankfully, the OMC website has parts breakdowns. Something in my gearcase appeared to be missing- the shift saddle that fits into the dog and the pivot pin for the shift lever. Ordered that and a few other odds and ends. Got gearcase back in one piece and it shifts great- solid into foreward and reverse. Replaced points and condensors. Just for grins, I checked the spark. Top cylinder is great, bottom cylinder is yellow-red spark. Got spare coil from my 18hp Fast twin. Will swap coild tomorrow. <br /><br />Making progress on my $150.00 eBay motor.
