1976 johnson 50ESL76B

just about to buy this motor and cant seem to find any info on it the guy said the model number was 50ESL76B and i can tell its a 1976 50hp johnson but i need to know if parts ie. starting motor and prop and coilpacks from my 76' 35hp johnson will work on the 50 hp. need to know ASAP Any Info will help.

I can't tell you for sure,because right now I can't access what I need,but gut feeling 35hp 50hp ..NO. Take a look at both should be obvious.<br /><br />DHP

well i never got to look at it yet, the guy lives 2 hours away from where I live and all the info i know is that it needs a starting motor and a prop so im hopeing that i can switch them over
