Johnson Sea Horse HD-25 sitting for 10 years

Someone just gave me a HD-25 Johnson Sea Horse that has been laying on it's side for the past 10 years. I am very carefully taking it apart and cleaning it. There is quite a bit of gunk in the carb. As I am a novice could anyone give me some pointers as to getting this thing running. Any help would be appreciated. :confused:

Welcome to the forum!<br /><br />First off, Read and understand "wakeing sleeping engine" in FAQ'S at top of forum.<br /><br />If you have more questions after you read that, then post back.
