Okay, so I posted this in the engine area, but I thought maybe this was a more appropriate discussion area.

I think I need to replace my fuel sender. How can I measure the size that I need? I have a 22 gallon Moeller tank in my 1997 Maxum 1700SR, but it looks like a shallow tank. I got a partial model number of 2211, but I can't find anything on the internet about it.

Any suggestions?

I think all you need to know is the height of the tank if you buy a non adjustable sender..

Call Maxum & ask for the name of their supplier. I got mine that way for my Wellcraft.

I think there are three different types you can get. One is adjustable, the second is for a shallow tank and the third for deeper tanks. The distributor will illustrate the tolerences
