I want to install an electric start kit. 25hp Evinrude Model #E25REUM. <br />The dealer wants approx $150.00 labor and $449.00 for the kit.<br />Will I need any special tools? The flywheel will have to be changed I'm pretty sure. Or will I be better off paying the dealer? Thanks

No special tool required. Do it yourself. The kit has instructions.
