Welcome to Iboats, taylor!<br />We're going to need a model number as there isn't such a thing as a '78 9.5hp. And also we'll need to know what you're torquing. You can get the information for yourself if you like out of a service manual. If you don't want to buy one you can often borrow one from the local library.
