I have a low hour 1996 175 HP johnson with optical ignition (ocean runner) that is stutturing under load (above 2500RPM). I pulled the plugs and the bottom left plug is oil fouled. Cleaned and replaced, trial run, still stuttured, repulled plug more oil fouling.<br />There is not a major loss of power, more of a noise and vibration issue. What should I do next ?
