About three weeks ago I was out on my boat when my bottom bolts on the motor came off, sending my motor into the james river. I managed to get back to shore and get the boat home. after working on it for a long time it is running again. It will idle fine, but as soon as I put it in gear the motor shuts off when it is in water. in my yard it will remain running but misses alot. I have cleaned the carbs out and am waiting on a starter brush but anyone have any suggestions for what to do next?
