I need some advice. I have a 68 Evinrude 85 hp model 85893A, and it wont start. It doesn't look like I have spark, but I am not sure. It was getting dark when I finally got the new wiring harness installed. I can turn the motor over, but it is like its not wanting to fire. I can smell fuel, so I know I am getting fuel. When I pulled the spark plugs after I got it home they were wet. Some advice on things to check. Thanks.
