Presently the engine is in the down position and when activating the trim and tilt switch the trim and tilt motor works, however, the pins do not come out of their cylinders and the motor will not raise. How does one manually raise this motor.<br />Is there a release bolt that I can get at with the engine down so I can check the trim and tilt fluid level.
