The boat ran yesterday, today i got it to kick twice then nothing.... you could crank it all day and not get anything... The plugs seem a little on the fouled side. There was spark, but its strength is questionable. The coil was very very warm to the touch, which makes me wonder if its internally shorted. Points look good, not new, but not bad... Wires are a little ify too.<br /><br />Is the coil supposed to be hot?<br />Anything else that might do this?<br />It was also loading up at idle, fuel mixture wrong? Could this cause it not even to try to start? I got nothin out of it after those two intial kicks....
