Welcome to Iboats JeffR!

Sounds like a fun project. Here's your info:
Year: 1962
HP: 18hp
Fuel/Oil mix: 24:1 87 octane gas to TC-W3 rated outboard oil.

A little extra info:

Spark plugs: Champion J4C (replacing J4J) gapped at .030"
Lower unit lube: OMC/BRP 'HiVis' or other brand 90 weight outboard gearcase lube.

If it's been a while since she's been fired, put a teaspoon of TC-W3 in each cylinder and turn it over a few times to spread it around. You'll have to replace the water pump impeller straight away as they go bad just sitting around. Fortunately, they're cheap and readily available, and replacing it is a DIY project. The only special tool you need is a service manual.
