Fuel mixture for 1981 Evinrude 35 HP

I have a non-technical friend who has no internet access, for this reason I post this question:

He has the following motor;

1981, Evinrude, 35 HP, model E35ELCIG and he needs the fuel mixture and also info on where to get an owners manual for it.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

One pint TCW-3 Rated outboard oil to six gallons 87 octane unleaded.
