New to the forum....<br />I have an Evinrude Lark 35 that I am unable to start. This motor has electric start and a pull cord. I am unable to get the pull cord to pull out at all or move the "flywheel " with the starter. The motor appears to be in nuetral. I am sure that it has been a loooong time since it was started but I do not know exactly how long. How can I tell if the engine is seized up or if it is just tight from sitting for so long. ANy advice on things I can try. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
