My 1999 150hp ocean pro intermittantly will cut out and not restart. While then cranking, trying to restart, the motor will catch and then buck like it wants to come off the transom and stall. 24 hrs later, turn the key and it runs smooth at all RPM's for up to an hour and the same thing starts over. I recently decarbonized. recirculation valves? Seems to have plenty of fuel. compression looks good on all cylinders which i think leaves ignition. Does any body have any thoughts?
