Hi BWE,<br /><br />True, but often not worth it. <br /><br />You'll need to change the carb (some say just change the jets, but 15's have a different throat diameter than 9.9's), probably also the exhaust tube, and - depending which country it was assembled in - the reeds might also have differences. So you're looking at a stripdown, and while you're doing that you might as well change the impeller, etc.<br /><br />When you start checking out component and gasket prices, you might find it cheaper to sell yours on and buy a 15.
